The Gala Evening is all about celebrating in style while keeping things relaxed and enjoyable for everyone. There's no strict running order of dances here; instead, let the night unfold as you dance and mingle at your leisure. Whether you prefer a lively jig on the dance floor or a cozy chat with friends, the atmosphere will be one of warmth and camaraderie. There will be opportunities for Ballroom & Latin dancing, Sequence and Line dancing, and a good ol' boogie too.

£19 per person: Please let us know who you would like to sit with & we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Tickets are non-refundable, nor transferable. Once tickets have been requested, payment is due within 48 hours to secure your place. No tickets will be issued; your name will be added to a guest list.

Ticket Booking T&Cs
- Please do not arrive to any events without giving us advance notice.
- Non-refundable payment in advance is necessary to secure your place.
- Contact Maggie for bank transfer details.
(a) Please only request tickets if you know you can attend.
(b) Once tickets have been requested, payment is due within 48 hours to secure your place.
(c) Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other event or person(s).
(d) Payment within 48 hours is each individual's responsibility. Reminders to pay within the specified 48-hour time period will not be issued.
(e) Some individuals may unfortunately discover their tickets have been sold if they fail to pay within 48 hours*.
(f) No tickets will be issued. Names are added to an attendance list.
(g) We accept payment in person or via bank transfer.**
(h) Please do not make payment until your booking has been confirmed.
*Section (e): exceptions are made for those who contact us to inform us of a reason for delayed payment. A date for payment will then be agreed upon.
**PLEASE let Maggie know when you make a bank transfer and the bank reference you have given. She will then confirm receipt of funds with you.

Please do not chew gum at our events. Please do not add French chalk or talcum powder to your dance shoes. This is dangerous to other students, invalidates our public liability, and goes against our 'terms of use' contract with the venue. We continue to keep some doors &/or windows open to promote the ventilation of fresh air. Please dress accordingly.
