Would you like to join us on our 'yearly pilgrimage' to one of the world's most prestigious and entertaining dance events? It's one of the hottest dates in the Ballroom and Latin calendar and it's virtually on our doorstep!
Each year at Epsom Downs Racecourse, more than 20 of the world’s best professional couples perform for you in cabaret! They are the top couples in Ballroom and Latin American, demonstrating their mastery and skill to provide you with the finest entertainment. This only happens twice a year, here and in Japan!

Whilst the BIG REASON to attend is the spectacular three-hour Professional Ballroom and Latin Cabaret shows, it's also fun to watch people competing in the Pro/Am Team Match as well as the Showdance Championships. This will also be the first time the BDF has held the American Smooth Championships!

Tickets are very limited due to the intimate & prestigious nature of the evening. We can only be able to book what the organisers allow us. We're very lucky to have access this year to 40 tickets!

food & Drink on the coach
You're welcome to eat and drink on the coach but NO HOT FOOD and please be mindful of messy and smelly food that may be a bit too pungent for fellow travellers (basically avoid eggs, fish, strong flavour crisps, nuts for allergies etc). Please take your rubbish home.
Win wine on the coach
During each coach trip we play a few games of bingo where you'll have the opportunity to join us for a free game or two.

This event is held within The Oaks Hall, The Duchess’s Stand, Epsom Downs Racecourse, Surrey, KT18 5LQ. There is plenty of free on-site car parking available at Epsom Downs Racecourse.
food & drink
There is Costa Coffee, a bar and a small servery within Oaks Hall serving sandwiches and crisps. Patrons are reminded not to bring their own food and drink to the event.
