The event organiser, Steven, will be donating his time and will waiver any fee. |

There is no dress code at the event, however cowboys and girls are most welcome.

Any donations for the raffle, be that one item or one hundred, would be so very gratefully appreciated. These may be brought to the dance or handed in prior to the evening if you're not attending. If you can offer more unique or special donations such as a meal in a pub or restaurant, tickets to an event or maybe even an unwanted BBQ, for example.
Spare Change:
Please bring some pound coins to this event. There will be various fun activities where coins will be needed if you wish to play.
The Charity We Are Supporting:
The Chernobyl Children’s Life Line was founded in 1991; the charity helps the children and their families who are still affected by the disaster of 1986. The ongoing effects of the disaster cause the children to develop thyroid and bone cancer as well as leukaemia.

- Providing essential items such as vitamins, teeth hygiene and medicines for families.
- Family Support Project to help children and their families who are affected by poverty and illness.
