1. Gmail (Google Mail)
2. AOL Mail
3. Outlook (Microsoft Outlook/Office 365)
4. BTInternet
5. Sky.com
6. iCloud.com (Apple Mail)
7. Yahoo Mail
8. Me.com (Apple Mail)
- Step 1: Open Gmail and click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Step 2: Select "See all settings."
- Step 3: Go to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Step 4: Click on "Create a new filter."
- Step 5: In the "From" field, enter the email address you want to whitelist.
- Step 6: Click "Create filter."
- Step 7: Check "Never send it to Spam" and click "Create filter."
2. AOL Mail
- Step 1: Open AOL Mail and click on "Options" in the top right corner.
- Step 2: Select "Mail Settings."
- Step 3: Go to the "Spam Settings" tab.
- Step 4: In the "Sender Filter" section, click on "Add a sender."
- Step 5: Enter the email address you want to whitelist and click "Save."
3. Outlook (Microsoft Outlook/Office 365)
- Step 1: Open Outlook and click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Step 2: Select "View all Outlook settings."
- Step 3: Go to "Mail" > "Junk email."
- Step 4: Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add."
- Step 5: Enter the email address or domain you want to whitelist and click "Save."
4. BTInternet
- Step 1: Open your BTInternet email and click on the settings gear icon.
- Step 2: Select "Mail" from the left-hand menu.
- Step 3: Click on "Safe senders" under the "Mail" tab.
- Step 4: Enter the email address you want to whitelist and click "Add."
5. Sky.com
- Step 1: Open your Sky email and click on the settings gear icon.
- Step 2: Select "More Settings."
- Step 3: Go to "Filters" and then "Add new filters."
- Step 4: Set the filter rules to ensure emails from the desired address are delivered to your inbox.
6. iCloud.com (Apple Mail)
- Step 1: Open iCloud Mail and go to the Mail settings.
- Step 2: Click on "Rules."
- Step 3: Add a rule that specifies emails from the desired address should be moved to your inbox.
- Step 4: Save the rule.
7. Yahoo Mail
- Step 1: Open Yahoo Mail and click on the settings gear icon.
- Step 2: Select "More Settings."
- Step 3: Go to "Filters" and then "Add new filters."
- Step 4: Set the filter rules to ensure emails from the desired address are delivered to your inbox.
8. Me.com (Apple Mail)
- Step 1: Open Mail on your Mac or iOS device.
- Step 2: Find an email from the sender you want to whitelist.
- Step 3: Move this email to the inbox or mark it as "Not Junk."
- Step 4: This action will teach the system to trust emails from this sender.
