You don't need to know every dance, remember every step, or stay on the dancefloor all evening. There's something for everyone.

Ballroom & Latin Dancers: Enjoy familiar dances in a relaxed social setting and bring the steps you've learned in class onto the dancefloor.

Line Dancers: Join in when your favourite routines are played and dance alongside Line Dancers from across the Club.

Sequence Dancers: Revisit familiar routines and put more of your growing Sequence repertoire to use.

Boogie Lovers: Let your hair down, enjoy the music, and dance in whatever way makes you happy.

Attendance is limited to 48 people. This gives everyone more room on the dancefloor and helps keep the evening comfortable, welcoming and enjoyable.

Halloween Fun Without Fancy-Dress Pressure

Halloween fancy dress is completely optional. You can embrace the theme with a full costume, add a simple touch of orange or autumn colour, or attend without dressing for Halloween at all. Just dress smartly please.

There's absolutely no expectation that you must arrive in costume. The theme is there to add colour, laughter and character, not pressure. If you are not wearing fancy dress, smart casual attire will be perfect.

The Pumpkin Ball will bring together seasonal character, enjoyable music, dancing and the warmth of good company, with the room dimmed and lit by disco lighting for the occasion.

Soft Drinks & Food: You're welcome to bring your own food and soft drinks.
Alcohol: A bar is available at the venue, where you can purchase alcohol and soft drinks.
Parking: Free parking is available at the venue and in the adjoining public car park (after 6:00pm).

Ticket Booking T&Cs

Tickets: £15 per person.
Please do not arrive at this event without giving us advance notice.

Non-refundable payment in advance is necessary to secure your place.
Contact Maggie for bank transfer details.

(a) Please only request tickets if you know you can attend.

(b) Once tickets have been requested, payment is due within 48 hours to secure your place.

(c) Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other event or person(s).

(d) Payment within 48 hours is each individual's responsibility. Reminders to pay within the specified 48-hour time period will not be issued.

(e) Some individuals may unfortunately discover their tickets have been sold if they fail to pay within 48 hours*.

(f) No tickets will be issued. Names are added to an attendance list.

(g) We accept payment in person or via bank transfer.**

(h) Please do not make payment until your booking has been confirmed.

*Section (e): exceptions are made for those who contact us to inform us of a reason for delayed payment. A date for payment will then be agreed upon.

**PLEASE let Maggie know when you make a bank transfer and the bank reference you have given. She will then confirm receipt of funds with you.
