dance shoe advice
We continue to ask that you wear comfortable and sensible shoes when attending our classes and events (no flip flops, bare feet, loose fitting shoes or stiletto heels that may damage the floor). We also always recommend that you only purchase dance shoes when you've got the dancing bug. When you do come to buy shoes, we're happy to give you advice on fit and comfort as well as shoe maintenance. We will also give you advice on your various purchasing options and offer you some unbiased money saving advice & tips.
amazing deals
BRAND NEW DANCE SHOES are available EXCLUSIVELY to our Dance Club members; we don’t offer them outside of Your Dance Club. They come from liquidation & bankrupt stock, sourced directly from trusted liquidation companies & insolvency practitioners. While it’s always sad to see businesses close, it does mean Club Members can grab incredible bargains on top-quality dance shoes.
Due to these fantastic deals, stock moves fast, and as this isn’t the main focus of Your Dance Club, giving time to keep the website update to date with stock would be daft.

THE BEST THING TO DO
The best thing you can do is ask Maggie to bring shoes in your size to your next class.
What we sell
BRAND NEW: In the past, we've been approached by stores to purchase their clearance or liquidation stock but we declined. However, we now have space within our home to store stock allowing us to offer our Club Members some great bargains!
UNWANTED & UNWORN: Some Members have bought shoes online or elsewhere and find they do not like them or they do not fit. Some may have forgotten to return these shoes.
NEARLY NEW or SECOND HAND: These shoes may have only been worn once or a few times but for this reason still look in great condition!

shoe selling & Buying OPPORTUNITY
If you have shoes that have had a few outings but you no longer want them, or shoes you've ordered that you do not want to keep, you can offer them to Maggie & she will sell them as second hand items.
no commission
We do want nor take commission for selling your shoes. T&Cs apply.
Rotate Dance Shoes
Your Dance Club has had a long-standing relationship with Rotate Dance Shoes. Steven & Maggie wear Rotate shoes in class. As many of you know, ordering through us saves you £5.00 on full-price pairs. We’ll continue this relationship, as we believe Rotate still offers excellent quality at a sensible price.
Shoe Brushes - Don't Slip
A Ballroom or Latin dance shoe will always have a suede sole. If it does not have a suede sole, it isn't a Ballroom or Latin shoe. You wouldn't allow your car tyres to go bald or leave foreign objects on or in them. This is the same with our dance shoes. If we fail to maintain the soles, they will become VERY dangerous as you may slip & fall.
When purchasing your first pair of dance shoes, please also purchase a hard wire (not soft) brush. Whilst you can find these online & in some stores, we also have them in stock in our classes for £5.50 as well as the folding brushes for £4.50.
In the picture below you can see Supadance £7.00, DSI £7.00, International £8.00 & Freed £9.50. The first 3 brushes are from the same factory in China that we buy from. On the volume we purchase the brushes, we can get them at £5.48 (I know, 2p profit!). The reason why we sell them at cost is due to your safety being our priority. We just want to inspire you to get a brush. We don't care where you get them from!
