Please join us for our second "Moonlight Swing" Evening.
This Dance event features music from the first half of the twentieth century, for example music from the Great American Songbook and Big Band music. We play artists such as Louis Armstrong, Glenn Miller, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Billie Holiday, Cole Porter, Patsy Cline, Ben E Goodman, Elvis Presley, Frank Sinatra, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry, Little Richard and Ray Charles.
All Coastal Dance Club Members are welcome to attend. For this event you are also welcome to bring your partner if they aren't a Dance Club Member. This will be an evening of Ballroom and Latin, as well as some Sequence and Line Dancing too.

£15 per person: Please let us know who you would like to sit with & we will do our best to accommodate your request.

DRESS CODE
The dress code is smart please. We'd love to see some of you in period clothes! Please Do NOT Wear t-shirts, chinos, jeans, shorts or trainers. Gentlemen do not need to wear a tie unless they wish to do so.
Parking
Free Parking On-Site & Free Public Car Park after 6pm
Food & drink
Bring your own food & soft drinks (alcohol must be purchased at the on-site bar).

Low level lighting, with some mood lighting, but no flashing or disco lights.

- Please do not arrive to any events without giving us advance notice.
- Non-refundable payment in advance is necessary to secure your place.

(a) Please only request tickets if you know you can attend.
(b) Once tickets have been requested, payment is due within 48 hours to secure your place.
(c) Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to any other event or person(s).
(d) Payment within 48 hours is each individual's responsibility. Reminders to pay within the specified 48-hour time period will not be issued.
(e) Some individuals may unfortunately discover their tickets have been sold if they fail to pay within 48 hours*.
(f) No tickets will be issued. Names are added to an attendance list.
(g) We accept payment in person or via bank transfer.**
(h) Please do not make payment until your booking has been confirmed.
*Section (e): exceptions are made for those who contact us to inform us of a reason for delayed payment. A date for payment will then be agreed upon.
**PLEASE let Maggie know when you make a bank transfer and the bank reference you have given. She will then confirm receipt of funds with you.

safety
Please do not chew gum at our events. Please do not add French chalk or talcum powder to your dance shoes. This is dangerous to other students, invalidates our public liability, and goes against our 'terms of use' contract with the venue. We continue to keep some doors &/or windows open to promote the ventilation of fresh air. Please dress accordingly.
